Fees/Charges

New fees will not apply retroactively. In case you do not agree with any such change in the fee structure, you have the right to reject it by cancelling our paid services before the renewable cycle.

We offer a monthly subscription of our services. When you purchase some services, your account is set on auto-renew. In case you don’t want to continue, you can cancel the auto-renew 24 hours before the next scheduled payment date

While you may cancel any paid services at any time, we won’t be able to issue a refund. All the services offered by us come with a 30 days trial period and you are advised to try it before subscribing to the same. This will also help you to choose the most effective solution for your business.

Domain Refund

Not sure about the type of plan that best suits you? We provide an easy way by providing you a trial period of 30 days to get acquainted with the features offered by dynashop. We follow these policies when it comes to Domain:

• We don’t provide any refunds for the newly registered Domains.
• We will send you an email regarding your renewal 30 days before the scheduled date of payment. You can disable the auto-renew option in your Domain panel if you don’t want your domain to renew automatically.
• In case you want to discontinue any services you need to notify us 24 hours before the expiration.
• In case you have any technical issues, you are welcome to contact the technical team at dynashop.

Digital Marketing Services

In order to help your business grow and attract the right target customers, dynashop provides its users an array of new age Digital Marketing Services. You can easily select the solutions as per your requirement and budget. Normally the services are set on auto-renewal, which you can cancel anytime by switching off the auto-renewal.

We do not provide any refund upon cancelation. In order to discontinue any service, you need to notify the same 24 hours before the expiration date.
